Dad's operation, initially Rice & Neely Cropdusting, later Bootheel Flying Service, was in Southeast Missouri from 1946 to 1980. This photo was likely taken in the late 40s or early 50s. The location is either Senath or Bragg City, MO.
The Super Cubs and Stearman used through 1959 when he converted over to 150 Pawnees (three total). Location is Caruth, MO. A non-spray Cub, but with Rice & Neely logo. Sorry for poor color.
The old Kodachrome is badly yellowed and I can't color correct worth a darn. Dad's primary ag plane 1946-1959 a 1941 Stearman he named Old Suzy, N50091. Photo taken around 1951-52.

DH-2C Beaver topdressing Northern NSW, Australia. At the time, this aircraft was Australias oldest topdressing aircraft. Now retired, the aircraft was built around 1950 and started its "ag life" in New Zealand. Submitted by Peter Brown, Dalby, Qld Australia  

CAC-28 Ceres spreading fertilizer, Walcha, NSW, Australia about 1973.Aircraft was owned by my family business and I was the loader driver!At one stage our business opeated 7 of these aircraft.Built at the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation (CAC) factory at Fishermens Bend (Victoria, Aust) around 1958-59 only about 20 were produced that flew both in Australia & New Zealand.One or two (I think) have been restored (possibly to flying condition) but none are known to be now involved in Ag work. My friend Stole flying an AN-2, dusting for Bubachki, (Insects) in Macedonia.  He is a fan of your site and noticed that there were no pics of AN-2's posted.  He is one of only 5 qualified ag pilots in Macedonia.  All of the ag flying here is done in AN-2's including quite a bit of mountain flying fighting beetles that are killing pine trees., Hope you like the pics.
